"Shall Optional Plan A, modifying the current standard plan of city government by providing for the appointment by the city council of clerk-treasurer be adopted for the city government of City of Ogema?" A yes vote will approve the change in the form of government^ a no will continue with an elected Clerk and elected Treasurer.
