IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE PEOPLE OF MOTTVILLE TOWNSHIP THAT: Section 1. The title of this ordinance shall be the “Mottville Township Prohibition of Marihuana Establishments Ordinance.” Section 2. Marihuana Establishments Prohibited. Marihuana establishments, as defined by MCL 333.27953(l), are prohibited within the boundaries of Mottville Township.
