Renews the 0.28-mill 9-1-1 Central Dispatch millage for 2028–2037 (~$2.0M/year) to replace aging police/fire/EMS radio equipment and continue 24-hour dispatch.

Cost to you: About $28/year per $100,000 of taxable value (unchanged).

YESA YES vote continues the existing levy of 0.28 mills for 2028–2037 — generally no increase over what you pay now.
