Shall the City of Lake Park, State of Iowa, issue its General Obligation Bonds or Capital Loan Notes in an amount not exceeding the amount of $4,600,000 for the purpose of paying costs of designing, constructing, equipping, and furnishing a new Emergency Services Facility, with related site improvements and acquisition of real estate therefor?
