Shall the Board of Directors of the Carroll Community School District in the County of Carroll, State of Iowa, be authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $51,000,000 to provide funds to build, furnish, and equip additions to the high school and to remodel, repair, improve, furnish, and equip the high school and middle school, including site improvements, to facilitate the closure of Adams Elementary School?
