Shall Chapter 22 Library Board of Trustees of the City of Waukon Code of Ordinances be amended as follows: Amending the residency requirements of Trustees, which is currently eight resident members and one nonresident member, to seven resident members, one nonresident member, and one member that could either be a resident or nonresident member, where resident members would continue to be appointed by the City Council with any nonresident members continuing to be appointed by the Allamakee County Board of Supervisors, with Library Trustee terms to be reduced from six (6) years to three (3) years?
