Shall the City of Dike, State of Iowa, issue its General Obligation Bonds or Capital Loan Notes in an amount not exceeding the amount of $1,500,000 for the purpose of paying costs of the acquisition, construction, demolition, reconstruction, enlargement, improvement, and equipping of swimming pool and pool facilities, including parking lot and related site improvements?
